Great date spot. All meats and steaks are cured and aged on location. Order the Porterhouse topped with foie gras for a true culinary experience. Better than Range.

Brunch/Happy Hour is amazing. $15 charcuterie was awesome. Good service and a great vibe (for a Sunday afternoon). Decent beer selection, but not the best.

Amazing artisanal cocktails (the lavender margarita and the hibiscus mojito are tasty and refreshing) and well-cooked meats. Meats can be a tiny bit overpowering and overseasoned, but still tasty.

Everything is good, but I love there mustard and cured meats are amazing. Try the mixed drinks be different be adventurous and enjoy.

Tempted to not tell anyone how great this place is in SS. Cocktail specials are excellent. The homemade salamis are awesome and the t bone steak is really solid as are the sides.

The lamb tartar is a must! Everything is delicious and I love that they smoke their own meat. I cannot wait to try more of the menu.

Love the food, everything is excellent however be aware that Happy Hour only applies to the bar & high top tables-not the dining room. Kinda stupid. Plus they seat you without telling you that.

The charcuterie and cheese are amazing! Throw in great entrees, sophisticated drinks, and an approachable wine list and you have Silver Spring's premier dining destination.

What a pleasant surprise! Great vibe, excellent food. Happy hour is awesome ($5 artisanal cocktail/$15 charcuterie). Blue crab avocado salad = pure bliss.

I really enjoyed the ox brisket and steak frites. Good beer selection too. Ambiance is a little cold.

The early bird specials are great value. But more importantly, they know what they’re doing with grilled meats. Delicious!

The Steak Frites are perfect. Smoked butter with Garlic puts it over the top!

Order the meat and cheese board for brunch. Chef choice. Delicious!

Pastrami is heavenly make sure you get it with the house mustard.

I loved the black and blue blue cheese as well as the Duck breast. Great steak & fries too.

Everything here is phenomenal. You can't go wrong with any of the meat cellar samplers.

A little pricey for Silver Spring but solid food and good service.

Beef burger was very very underdone and fries were chewy rather than crispy. Don't order either.

Nice setting in an otherwise not so attractive neighborhood. Food is too spicy and salty, in particular the cold cuts, that you cannot taste anything. It's too overpowering

If you only try one thing then get the pastrami.
