Unity Yoga is simply the best. All the instructors are excellent and accommodating, the desk staff are warm, and the amenities are clean and ample. No frills, oozes ambiance and relaxation.
The classes here are absolutely wonderful. If you lift weights I highly recommend class with Jessica S or Stacey L they’re at the top of their game!🧘🏾♂️👍🏾
If peiling junek is the instructor, take the class. She is great! Right combo of strength, breath, and mind without being too eccentric. They're all good but she's great!

Lauren4月 23, 2018Not my favorite in the area. Flow class is slow, & somehow without many vinyasa series? I much prefer Brahman on 145th or even Harlem Yoga on 125th.
