    Don't be intimidated if you e never done TRX! It's easy to get the hang of and the instructors offer modifications for all levels.

    You can't go wrong with any instructor here, but try out Alexis Craig's Body Blast class on Tuesday mornings at 8:45am. It will be a fun, upbeat and intense workout!

    All instructors are great but take any of Medwin's classes if you're serious about a kick ass workout.

    Mike and Diana are the best instructors there. Mike has the best detailed direction, energy and music while Diana is fun and great direction. Bring ice cold water. You'll need it.

    Get a ballet dancer's body without the ballet. Try it at least 3 times. You will learn all the secrets of your weaknesses.
