Center for the Arts Jackson Hole8月 29, 2014Our patrons enjoy eating dinner at Trio before attending shows in the Center theater (it's within close walking distance - only a block away). The waffle fries with blue cheese fondue are to die for!
Tyler Alford8月 30, 2011A see and be seen venue with an amazing menu. Wonderful open kitchen and brick oven. Nightly specials from lamb to fish. Well-inspired, creative offerings with excellent service, even better flavors.

The lamb shank was also tasty as was the lobster gnocchi and the oven roasted s'more . SP2月 3, 2012don't believe the other reviewers. Waffle fries are soggy and tasteless. Cheese fondue for waffle fries tasted like mashed potatoes. It just didn't go together. Spinach side dish was super salty.
