Tratto is a Union Square savior, and its happy hour is no exception. Head here weekdays 3PM-6PM for light bites from $3 to $8, house wine for $4, house cocktails for $6, and well cocktails for $7.

Food is good but service is erratic. Server insisted we sit in a corner right next to a group we couldn’t help overhearing, with plenty of empty tables around us. Why??!
