Tomo Japanese Restaurant4月 11, 2020Dining room has been closed. You can call in orders. They are allowed to sell beer, wine, sake and shochu when you order food. Delivery is available through DoorDash, UberEats and Postmates.
Order a couple of apps tuna tataki, hamachi kama (collar), cucumber sunomo and some tempura. The avocado salad is awesome. Get some rolls; spicy scallop, lobster roll and the soft shell crab roll.
Hands down the best sushi in ATL. Cliff the manager is great!! Make sure to come for lunch for a inexpensive combo.

- Get anything labeled Japanese for mixed sushi; snapper, mackeral, snapper nuta, or jack. Then look at the signature items for a real treat. Lobster carpaccio or the Musso will knock your socks off.

- Try the Stuffed Zuchinni Flower - Stuffed with lobster and black cod mousse served tempura style. Arugula, grapefruit sections, and Chermoula with a roasted king mushroom.

- Try the Lamb Chop - New Zealand lamb chops, grilled and seasoned with thyme, garlic and shiso seasoning. They are really good. Get as and app or entree
- Try the Marinade Duck Breast - Soy, sake, green onion amd garlic marinade with pickled serrano and shallots mixed with japanese mustard. Ponzu drizzled over the top.
Coming here for lunch is the right move. Affordable deals on bento boxes, noodles and sushi. Service is and has always been a bit slow and inattentive- Try the Avocado Salad - Its the dressing that makes this great. Creamy smooth avocados and sublime sesame miso dressing. Awesome!
- I have been craving Japanese curry and what do they make for family meal? Hopefully a version of this will be on the menu soon

- Try the Delirium Tremens Belgium Strong Pale Ale - For those who know, this id a wicked cool beer. Super smaart! Malty, some alcohol and some spice.
- Try the lobster carpaccio - Lobster tail thinly sliced, micro greens, sliced cucumber drizzled with truffle oil. Amazing
- Try the Rice Ball Stuffed With Pork - Rice ball stuffed with slow roasted pork with a housemade hot sauce gastrique

- Try the Onigiri - Rice ball evolved. Less rice more meat. Eastern origin, Southern influence.
