I love atmosphere, people and all classes in Tiger. This place has its own strong spirit of martial arts. I just love it. I ll be back again!

Sawat's the bomb. Make sure u pick a private trainer u can understand & connect with. Don't be afraid to "shop around" during class time.

The staff is amazing. The food is good and gym is also good but don't buy accommodation from them if you want a little bit more than just the basic.

If you don't have previous fitness or fighting experience, I'd not recommend to buy All-in-one package: just buy crossfit-only, or Muay Thai only packages. It would be just enough for the first week.

The most popular place to train in chalong. Loads of class options and wonderful staff. Good place to start out training.

They clean room once a week and you get 2 towels per week and the pictures of the hotels are way to much pretty then the location really is

Great BJJ instructor. Good healthy food at the grill as well.

One instructor to about 30-40 people in the group classes. Classes can get chaotic, but it's still fun.

One on one training is great value. Classes can be a bit busy. Both fitness and fighting.

If you want to get seriously healthy then come here. This place will make you into a machine. Is it perfect? No place is. But it is damn good.
