If you are busy in the weekdays, sign up for the Fri-Sat-Sun deal for about 63 pounds per month. Numerous of free weights, great machines, pool, sauna, climbing wall and more are here waiting for you!
This is a great gym, so many machines classes, free weights etc awesome for everyone. Even climbing wall, swimming pool and boxing ring!
Massive gym with lots of equipment and plenty of space. Lockers are to small and showers are little dated. Very £££
Get there early if you want a great session. Sunday mornings are the best time to get a decent swim in. Otherwise, it can get a little crowded in the lanes. 続きを見る

Loads of options to exercise your body! Staff members are always helpful.
Try and play a sport like footy or basketball in their sports hall! It's so spacious! Totally awesome!

Great gym if your not fat and lazy like me and manage to get there once in a while.

The gym is really useless. Free weights are thrown everywhere and trainers do anything to overcome it. They do not want to offend their reach clients. It is definitely overpriced!
Lamy Choi2月 28, 2017Expensive. No windows and A/C is not strong enough. When crowded, it is horrible. 1st fitness session is useless. You have a list of exercises and you have to guess how to use machines or to do them.
Fight Klub with Mark F will leave you fighting fit! Awesome class!

- Never quite understand why in such a big gym people still have to share equipment. Especially when you have 3-4 machines for each muscle.
I have been a member here for 6 months. Never seen a gym with so much attitude, useless personal trainers wandering around, and clearly overpriced. Run. Away...
