Easily one of the best store concepts on the Upper East Side and the staff is the greatest! Kelly is the owner if this charming and unique candy and ice cream shop. They have a lot of hard to find candy bars.
Great candy selection, and they even carry gelatin-free candies for those out there allergic like me...
