Nate S10月 20, 2015Cocktails are $16-18 and the views are some of the best I've seen at a bar in Manhattan. Don't let it's proximity to Times Square scare you away. (Cool spot to bring an out of town visitor or a date).- A swanky lounge of the chic Garment District that is perfect for all seasons, with incredibly amazing views of Midtown Manhattan. Drinks are unique, but the signature Frozé is a refreshing must
Great venue with breathtaking view over Manhattan. Roof top open during late spring, summer, and early autumn time. Great for events.

It's a great view in summer. Too small and they reserve all tables which is annoying. Drinks are quality. Bathroom attended is a great guy.
