    I usually love the ramp because of the yummy food and the bay front seats but this time the service was bad and I think my chicken sandwich was undercooked, gross. Disappointed but will always return

    Great location, meh service: my lemonade ($3.50) was placed in the center of the table where I did not spot it. Asked two times for a refill but got not even an acknowledgement. Not too happy.

    Service is shit. Had empty tables and couldn't order the queue of people. Food orders and drinks came out of order too.
