Chris Kissel5月 17, 2014The waitress said they make the veggie burger by cooking down a mixture of mushrooms, beets, and other vegetables, canning the mix, steaming it, then slicing it into patties. Holy shit it was amazing.
Amazing tofu bahn mi and grilled cheese (cashew cream is delicious for those avoiding dairy). Nice outdoor space. One of the best beer menus I've seen. Great spot.
