Cozy place on the riverside. Can get loud on weekends. Good selection of beers.

The Copa don't serve some of the beers on their lunchtime sandwich, chips and beer deal. As a consequence you have to pay full price for your drink on top of the deal price!!! Hence no deal really

Weekday lunchtime meal deal is the way to go - £5.95 for sandwich, chips and drink (including alcoholic drinks)!

Nice place for a quiet drink in the evening. Really busy when work kicks out though. Outside terrace is lovely in the summer.

Reading's best kept secret pub. Relaxing setting with nice views over the Kennet. A good selection of beers and wines.

Don't order a Dark & Stormy from the Christmas menu - they'll con you out of 30p (it's cheaper on their normal cocktail menu)
