Serious Eats5月 24, 2013The Mother Loaf: the restaurant's most traditional offering, is moist and intricately flavored—beef, pork, and veal are all used—and topped with some particularly creamy mashed potatoes.
The trips from the South Side just to get my favorite loafies is totally worth it. My other favorites include: MACNificient Pasta and Cheesy Taters scoop of mashed potatoes.
Katherine Meyer3月 13, 2013The Motherloaf is a good, traditional meatloaf option. The gravy that is paired with it is delicious. It's not the most amazing food, but super friendly staff and it's a break from the usual.
