furonobono .6月 2, 2011I pricelined this hotel so I can't really complain. But if I were paying the full rate, I'd be pissed with the teeny dumpy room. Like somebody said, it gets the job done. Staff was friendly though.
When @ Dynasty, order for the pork dumplings with peanut sauce and the crispy beef with Yum Chao fried rice.
If you want free WiFi in your room, just join the Club Carlson rewards program.

Hotel under Reno. But rooms still the same. Old n chalky. Closet more like a small vent rm.. staff friendly but mail rm is in a mess??!!
Cynthia Burin11月 19, 2011the bed doens't fit a couple, it is not even twin size, the room was very small, the bathroom very old and the walls like paper, I woke up very early every day because of the noise. Horrible!!!

Fernie T4月 15, 2012Good front desk service. But poor housekeeping n operator service. Attitude. Never refresh my room for two days. :( missing towels. Quite disappointed cuz that's not the Radisson I know.
Costs $2 per bag to put them in storage. Better than luggin them around nyc allllll day.

Pésima experiencia en este hotel. Lo único que lo salva es la manager on duty Lauren Ramos que hizo todo lo posible por enmendar la mala estadía.
