What I love best about this place is you can go with a wine lover, cocktail geek or whisky & beer drinker and all will be satisfied. Can't go wrong w/cheese & meat plate. Sourced from Stinky!

Brian, the bartender who works on Thursdays (as far as I know), is awesome and makes delicious drinks. He also helps me pick what food to order. Tip him well!

Though the menu is smaller, cocktails at JakeWalk are just about as good as the ones at Clover Club and better than Brooklyn Social

Best place to get an old-fashioned cocktail, or just an old-fashioned. Bartenders play amazing music too - like the Harlem Shakes (deep cut!)

Bartender makes good bespoke cocktails. Just give him a theme and he'll make something good and interesting

Order a Mostly Harmless. Not on the menu: tequila, agave, absinthe, cucumber. Incredibly incredibly refreshing.
If you're looking for excellently executed drinks, this is the place for you. I've had the best sazerac ever here!

I have never been blown away by the service. One time I ordered a seltzer and the bartender just slammed the can on the bar and tossed it in my direction. I will not be going back here ever again.
