ISC Chicago7月 6, 2015Perfect for special occasions; go for the prix fixe or chef's tasting menu. The appetizer sampler is enough for dinner if you're not very hungry, and save room for dessert (think soufflé).

A crunchy, caramelized top cracks to reveal the most decadent and smooth custard.- Try the Lux Wine Flight - 2005 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley, 2008 El Molino Pinot Noir Rutherford, 2007 The Firehouse No. 3 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley. Yum!!
- Try the Mulligatawny Sea Scallops - Gravensteins apple glaze and toasted cashew crust, basmati rice, cilantro-apple slaw and green curry coconut nage. Yum!

- Try the Mixed Greens - Dried cranberries, local apples and North Valley Farms feta, spiced walnuts and caramelized shallot-cider vinaigrette.
- Try the Persimmon-Spice Pork Belly - Spice-scented local honey and crispy fried shallots with ginger-black bean vinaigrette.
- Try the 12 Oysters on the Half Shell - Oysters from Hood River, Washington. Yummers! Served with a champagne mignonette.
- Try the Miyagi Oysters - From Tomales Bay. Happy Hour price of 12 for $12. Served with champagne mignonette. Heavenly!
- Try the Fruti De Mare - Scallop, prawn and lobster tail atop herbed risotto. Excellent!
- Try the The Vesper Martini - Boodles British gin, stolichnaya vodka, lillet and lemon peel. Just like James Bond...
