very nice french fries but saltiest fish ever! Not the best place for watching football due to lack of standing places after seats are taken. I hope this place doesnt lose its vibe with new ownership.

Wow this pub has changed a lot. If you're a hipster, awesome, do it. If you're after a regular boozer, don't bother.- Drinks aren't that cheap, but free pancakes and friendly Ipswich Town supporting bar staff are highlights. And lots and lots of sofas, which is different from my last trip.

Not a shadow of its old self; soulless and lacking charm and character that made it so great.
