Matt Endacott7月 27, 2013Amazing food! 6 of us down for the weekend. Nice selection on the menu and all well cooked and presented. Happy and knowledgable staff. Beer selection was also great. Will be back again.

Mathew Davies5月 19, 2014Be extremely careful outside this pub. Pick pockets everywhere and they're seriously good. A friend of mine left a decoy bag so we could catch them, but they managed to get it without us noticing!

Good beer selection, something for everyone. Food can be a bit hit & miss - avoid the coleslaw!

Beauty Soul5月 5, 2012Food was overpriced for what it was. A club sandwich for 8 quid with some cheap bread and hardly any filling. Fish drenched in oil. The chips were alright but to put it mildy I was not best pleased.
Great selection of beers, but getting food within your lunch break on a Friday lunchtime is very ambitious.
V.busy during the week but lovely spot to while away a weekend. Don't miss specialty beers on tap in the autumn.

Nice pub, good food. Staff rudeness levels vary ("tall bloke" particularly rude) - shame
