I don't understand American service. I got kicked out of a booth at the bar while staying in a room here for a week. What's a guy gotta do to enjoy a good scotch?
You should stay here only if you want to hear base music pumping at 7:30am - well, more like constantly and around the clock...

Laura C11月 17, 2011Elegant, modern and uber-designed, this Phillippe Starck designed hotel is one of the hippest places to stay. Have a drink at or just peek into the Redwood Room, a classic bar with redwood paneling
grab a bite to eat in their "living room" and watch the lobby action. the menu is the same as in Redwood Room.
No free wi-fi in rooms or lobby. No coffee maker in rooms. You've been warned. Redwood room is definitely a cool place to grab a drink. But, be on the lookout for dirty old men

This is hands down one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in the Morgans group. Room walls are paper thin, staff is rude and unhelpful, bar breeds douches. Stay at hotel vitale instead.
It's full of prostitutes and terrible service. There is no good reason to come here.
