Food & Wine walk, double-creme Brie, raspberry curd & semi-sweet chocolate brioche. Ridiculous. Master cheese chefs. Best we've ever been to, by a landslide.

Cheese class on Italian cheeses was phenomenal. Cheeses were great and Steve had an excellent knowledge of cheese making, serving, and pairings.
