    Amazing! Great friendly service with a modern feel! Has an awesome shower and wonderful workout room! Swimming pool small but deep and fun! I don't like the television selections though!

    Had a great stay, great value for money. WiFi good, beds amazing and hotel staff friendly and helpful. Close to red metro line, and a 24/7 Ralphs, which was convenient.

    Free Wifi, microwave, and coffee machine. Clean room and housekeeping .No room dining and It's not 5 mins walk from universal city!

    I really enjoyed my stay here! Very spacious rooms with rainforest shower. Lots of power outlets. Pool, gym, WiFi, direct TV, courteous staff... You really get your bang for you buck!

    I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I would highly recommend this place if you're going to Universal Studio Hollywood or just staying in the area. A great find.

    I've stayed here many many times! The manager is very good at working with large parties for bookings in advance, good room rates, etc. great place to RSVP for groups.

    The spa here is great! Definitely ask for Amanda. She is so calm and sweet, but has the most powerful hands to remove your knots! Very skilled.

    Was worried about the mixed reviews but the staff have been extremely helpful and the hotel is good value and only one metro stop from Hollywood on the Red line.

    You get value, but only feels a step above a Holiday Inn. Kept dark to be chique and too hide wear. Friendly, but not career hotel staff. Good for pretending you're at a boutique hotel.

    Nice, cozy hotel. Parking is $18 Dollars per night.

    The hotel over all was nice but staff at front desk not friendly at all. We had problem with our room and had to wait an extra 45 min for our room to be ready. It's also very dark need brighter lights

    Wifi is slower then the dialup pool is a hole in the corner of a parking lot.at the price you're paying it's the absolute worst hotel in Hollywood. There are hotels near charge 3x less

    Perfect place to stay for a show at the Hollywood Bowl. Just across the street from Park and Ride.

    Best tip I can leave you is to RUN not walk away from this hotel! Pretty sure Motel 8 has better customer service.

    Don't know from the spa but the hotel is unremarkable. Nothing bad and nothing to recommend it.
