We've got cycling classes! Come join me every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am for heart racing endurance runs and sprints coupled with hills that will leave your quads burning.

The functional training classes rock - I especially like Chad and Jeremy. Also, try Michael's hot yoga class on Thursday nights.
Yoga here is much more exercise focused than other studios. Try Stacy's classes if you need some spiritual enlightenment.
Gilt City12月 19, 2011Functional training is not only fun, it produces a higher average heart rate and three times the calorie burn in a shorter time over standard cardiovascular machines and circuit equipment.
Take Jeff Melvin's group fitness class Monday morning at 6:15 AM Wednesday morning 10 AM Thursday morning 6:15 AM Thursday night 6 PM Friday 12:15 PM get there.
Fantastic spot to work out at. Chad on Monday and Wed..Jeremy on Thurs are the classes to take.

Love Michael's class! Try Thursday's "Hot Vinyasa". You will feel amazing!!
I love that I can leave my mat here...no having to carry it around Columbia Heights feeling like a pretentious yuppie!
Scott's Budokon classes are the best! Challenging, affirming, and fun!
