[The Red Velvet Waffles S$14.90] - waffle lack of fragrance, we don't smell any trace of waffles from the kitchen(we were sitting fairly near to the kitchen). I still love Oblong's Red Velvet Waffles

Amazing waffles in non-conventional flavors. Think red velvet and toffee nut. I love the honey yoghurt gelato with my waffles, drenched in maple syrup and berries compote. A lovely mix!

Well known is the red velvet waffles filled with chocolate filling within . Cream cheese was laid on top and goes well with the moist waffles. Nice blend . Toffee latte wasn't fantastic as raved.

[Eggs Style - scrambled eggs served on toasted brioche alongside homemade tomato chilli jam and stewed mushrooms S$13.90] - the homemade jam is appetizing that it leaves me wanting more.

If you're a fan or savoury & sweet, the eggs bacon and waffle is to die for!! Though the service of one of their staff clearly needs more improvement. Other than that, ambience and food, checked!

Classic honey toast is a must try! Love the crunchy texture dipped with sweet honey and yoghurt ice-cream. The waffles looked good too!

Staffed by young girls who appear completely uninterested in service. Some eye contact and less ranting about work in front of the customer, perhaps? Strawberry lemonade was so-so.

Overhyped waffles. By the time they finish putting the cream cheese on, you'll have a lukewarm red velvet waffle on your table. Taste and texture wise not that great too

Great coffee. But breakfast are mini and really bad value for money. They missed out part of the pre-paid order and only admitted to not having the ingredients when confronted. No replacements offered

Cappucino is good! Well frothed foam and smooth texture. Carbonara tasted milky and distasteful. Service was extremely slow but I think they could do better in few months time.

The food, like the coffee, is thoroughly average. An additional $2 for 2 little slivers of (not-tasty) bacon? I know hipster cafes aren't exactly shining examples of value-for-money, but jeez.

[Earl Grey Babyccino S$3.90] - it's almost like drinking milk. No significant earl grey taste.

Definitely teething issues but they need to work on service (not giving utensils out and some of the utensils are dirty). I'm confident they will do better after a few months, give them time!

Scrambled egg on toasted brioche makes a great breakfast. Nice coffee too but tiny cup.

Nice place. Polite stuff but a bit slow. I liked Salmon-$22, & dessert Raspberry-$15. Latte-$5. Average bill for 2- $70

Coffee is weak and service is slow. There are a dozen cafes in Singapore. This is one of those you should give a miss.
