If you are looking for a knowledgeable trainer, ask for Aaron Krahling. I spoke with him for an initial fitness consult and he was able to show me proper form, & added a few new things to my routine.

Place needs some tlc - paint pealing and bubbling off the walls, grout coming out around the tiles, steam room is consistently not working ... Etc

The trainers are obnoxious and the equipment is old and low quality. This gym is on the down slope and won't last much longer.
