The flavored salts are a perfect finishing touch to many dishes. The truffle salts may seem spendy at first but a little goes a long way. Worth it.

They'll happily custom-grind any blend of spices to your specifications; they’ll also suggest flavor combinations for your own custom blend. (And be sure to try the Merlot-infused salt.)
