Emily Hogan11月 30, 2016Beautiful, clean facility, amazingly friendly staff, lots of options for classes which are included in your membership such as boxing, yoga, and barre. Amazing gym in Seattle!
Manny is the absolute best spin instructor - he knows cycling in and out and adapts his classes to all skill levels. I cannot recommend him enough as an instructor.
Understand your contract, usually takes 2 months to quit, so plan ahead. Water pressure in the showers suck too.
Don't leave this gym without taking a class! They are awesome fun with great instructors.
Christine W8月 12, 2015Appears to be a very nice facility, but the hard-sell and relentless pushiness of the manager I met with basically ruled it out as an option for me.
The views from the main cardio floor are spectacular if you get there before dark.
