It’s very nice and lovely! If you want a lovely and fancy hotel where you and your family will be spoiled then this is the place to be! It’s even great for kids. I would 100% recommend.
One of the best hotels I have lived on. I loved everything staff , room size , location and facilities. Unbelievable 👍👍 sure to come again ❤️
M. Khalid2月 7, 2013A very good location; the suite is spacious with a marvelous sea view, we got an extra bed easily, staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is 9/10 I highly recommend Sofitel worldwide.
General ambience is great. Ask for a palm view room. Expect to relax. In Maui beach rest. try us burger. Try porter house. Call center is not helpful enough. i needed HDMI CABLE and they didnt supply
Anna Straus7月 20, 2015You can spend an afternoon at the pool here for 150 AED with 100 redeemable for drinks or food. The staff in the restaurant is clueless though..Took them 45 mins to figure out what is balsamic vinegar

Mashail9月 14, 2019Nice place for families, couples and solo travelers. Nice seating area outdoor. The breakfast was okay;I’ve seen better for such a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly.
The hotel beach has a view of Burj Al Arab. The suites are very spacious and they have a golf cart service to take you to your room.
Sultan Al-Malki2月 12, 2015Quite place, and nice beach and food, but has to improve customer services and room amenities. Go for the palm (not sea) view is it has a much better view (sea view is actually parking-then-sea view!)

Pavel Baitov9月 22, 2013Отель очень хороший, новый! Обслуживание на уровне! Обслуживающий персонал - "лимуры" очень улыбчивый и исполнительный! Как минимум 5 раз в день заходят в номер и что то чистят, убирают, меняют! 5+++

Sea View Rooms are great and pool bar for Shiesha is a must. I did not like the hard mattress and pillows.

Razan6月 29, 2017Bad service, overpriced. We pre-booked a suite, when we arrived they told us they had no rooms available!! We had to wait for an hour to get to our room. They didn't even apologize. Rude.
