I recommend the Hot Power Hour class at lunchtime: you get a good workout and a bit of meditation to sail through the afternoon back in the office
Get there early for evening classes to get a good spot in the heat and say hello to the teachers hanging out at reception
There are some brilliant teachers here, all with their own style. It's worth trying a few different classes to find the one(s) that suit you.

Bridget's Thursday Anusara is excellent, she is a total legend! Monday nights w/ Amme are also great, a bit more athletic. And Kundalini w/ Amir is rad, super meditative. Love this place.
