Chris Whis3月 5, 2012I have had issues here with everything from drinks to rude employees but I keep coming back because it is pretty good and the place is nice.

Good food but ordering from the kiosk sucks and the employees just stand there unless you come up to there station. Example: the sauce girl just stood there dazed. Kind of funny but still good food.

Marla Hess11月 20, 2011Tempura & gyoza very soggy/greasy, sumi salad underdressed/flavorless, rice mushy overcooked. If you are ever in Chino, go to SanSai there instead; it's a million times better than this one.
Make sure you don't get stuck in line behind the shameful girls flirting with the hot cashier.
