If we all have designated positions in line, I'm not sure why anyone is standing in line when the plane hasn't even arrived yet.

If you need coffee and don't want Peet's, hold out for Illy near gate 19 (and Le Boulanger right next to it too).

Whoever designed the new Mens room in terminal A should be shot. Super narrow. Don't even think about taking your luggage in there. Dumb.

Set your iPhone alarm to 24 hours before checkin, then use the SWA app to get an A seat.
About 40 feet wide and miles long. Still a lousy design for an airport even if it is pretty now.
