Pre-Kindergarten Programs
This program includes an enhanced Pre-K curriculum that will allow students to be prepared for Kindergarten. A half-hour swim lesson with professional swim instructors is included Monday through Thursday.

Where swimming is part of the curriculum! Samena Preschool has been teaching children for over 40 years. We provide excellent, well-rounded programs that address small and large motor skills development and socialization skills. Age-appropriate activities include: art, reading and writing skills development, number recognition, music, science, cooking, storytelling, health and exercise, and more. Your child will explore and learn in a creative, nurturing, and safe environment.
2 Year Olds
This popular program for the little ones fills quickly so don’t wait. This parent-toddler program includes parent-tot swim lesson once a week, 11:00-11:30am.
Pre-K

2 Year Old Programs
Started in spring of 2011, this program has been growing in popularity ever since!Our parent-toddler program includes a parent-tot swim lesson once a week.
Middle School Programs
This new program will provide a safe, encouraging atmosphere for your middle school student, including homework help, fitness opportunities, swimming, and leadership development.
Small Group Training
Introducing small group training for 3 to 5 people with one of our skilled, certified Personal Trainers! Our approach creates a small-group dynamic, increases training diversity, motivation and accountability. Join with friends or sign up to be placed with other motivated people.

Small Group Training

Gather some friends or sign up to be placed with others. 1 Hour group sessions offered once a week or twice a week, scheduled around your group’s availability. Small group training programs run 4 consecutive weeks; specific days and times are scheduled in advance with your trainer. Samena provides a full spectrum of fitness programs and activities for children, teens, young adults and seniors. Classes are offered on a regular basis as well as personal training and small group training to fit your individual needs. Samena offers yoga, total body conditioning programs, zumba, core conditioning, tai-chi, lunchtime programs, teen strength training programs, cycling, triathlon, half marathon training and much more.
Our 2,000 square foot fitness room offers a host of fitness equipment including cardiovascular equipment (i.E. Treadmills, stair climbers and recumbent bikes) as well as weight machines and free weights

Fitness Ages
The fitness center and fitness classes are available for use by teens and tweens! Ages 12 13 may attend a class or use the fitness center with the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Ages 14 and up can participate without a parent present. Class participants under 18 years are subject to instructor discretion.For their safety, children under 18 years are strongly urged to schedule a complimentary fitness consultation with a samena personal trainer before using the fitness center.
