Try the excellent pork belly rice bowl - nice, lean cut from Holland. Say they can't get lean pork belly in the Midwest.
Close your eyes, spin, and point at the menu to order. Everything's good, you can't pick the wrong thing.

Love banh mi and ban bao's for lunch. Black pepper tofu, caramel prawns, mussels are great dinner choices!
