Finally, a yoga studio in BedStuy. Actually, this is a MOVEMENT studio: great hot yoga, dance & meditation classes. Warm welcoming community. And they have massage & acupuncture available! Come on in!
Check out the weekend schedule for the occasional free mini asana clinics, which break down a particular pose into parts, making it safe and accessible.
2 weeks of unlimited classes for $20 as a trial. Cheap because they're (rightfully) confident you'll love it here. Feels super welcoming and accepting, I am hooked after one class..
Try the warm 60 class if you're not sure about hot yoga - it's not as hot and slower paced.
Special now 2 weeks unlimited for $20. Sacred has a great variety of classes available including classes for kids. A very fun and welcoming place to work-out.
