    You can put your own boat in this lake if you get a permit from the town of Lake Lure, however, you can only put your boat in on weekdays.

    Outside of in the immediate vicinity of the lake, don't expect much in terms of a signal if your phone is on Verizon. The resort does have wifi available, though.

    A beautiful resort located in the North Carolina mountains. The site for filming some scenes from the movie Dirty Dancing in the 80's. Lovely Lake and the resort had activities abound!

    Take the dinner cruise to appreciate the beauty of Lake Lure! Informative with excellent food. Enjoy red wine while cruising!
