Love rumble! Great workout and very nice studio with all of the amenities. Staff are super nice and the place has a good vibe!
KE1月 4, 2018Lots of lockers, class is fun and you can control how challenging you make it. Music was a good volume and the temperature was great.
Great class & studio- combo of hiit plus boxing, definitely gave a full body workout. I like this more than shadowbox since it has more variety in moves and the screens make it easy to follow along.
Christina Chin2月 9, 2018Huge classes, not super personal, but energetic and makes u break a sweat if u really push urself. Clean place and gloves don't stink that much. But cost to rent gloves and must buy or bring wraps.
The trainers are 👌🏼The workout kicks your ass. The studio is really well spaced out, and the showers/lockers rooms are great too. Nice amenities. The only thing is the actual lockers are small.- Lucie Pustova7月 21, 2017Very well equipped and spacious new gym. Workout class is well organized and the locker rooms are large with good amenities. Part boxing and part Barry's-style floor workout.
Facilities are extremely nice- spacious, modern and new. The workout is good for beginners as it's not intense and very structured. Class incorporates tech which is very cool.
Really fun, super hard workout. The bags are made of water, so they don't hurt, and the instructors are motivating and fun! Love Noah, Joe & Rob!- Sumeet Shah1月 14, 2017Brand new boxing studio. Good and clean space, water bags are better for the hands. Good 1-2 combo with Peloton down the street.
Fun and energetic! Great for people like me who can't motivate themselves to workout!
star dionne9月 19, 2017I prefer earlier classes because they are less crowded . I tried 1030 and now the 2 pm today buy your own gloves.
nice amenities but waiting area is usually a cluster before class. good mix of boxing and HIIT format
