One of our favorite hotels in the world. You can’t beat the location, the amenities, the architecture, and the grounds. I could spend my life on the lanai.

Happy hour and dinner at Don the Beachcomber is excellent.- Standard room is quite a bit ahead of the competition on space, amenities and price. Hotel as a whole is very good. Only real drawback is that Wi-Fi is not complimentary
- Kellie12月 21, 2012Ali'i Tower, south-facing Oceanview rooms have a great view of sunset on the water and the luau...at less cost than the Oceanfront room.
Room decor definitely dated, some strange mechanical issues. Customer service has been very good. Dinner at Don's was excellent but pricey, just over $100 for two.

Great location but the rooms are ehhhh. Needs work, especially bathrooms but cannot beat the 2 minute walk to Ali'i drive
In my opinion there is no need to pay more for a corner room in the Alii tower. The view is amazing !

Ethyl Pine8月 8, 2013Booked a regular mountain view room but received an ocean view room. I guess late check-in isn't too bad :-)- The corner king rooms in the Alii tower are your best bet and the ocean views are awesome.
- Margaritas at Don's Mai Tai Bar are the Best! Try the Mango Margarita :-)
Kortnie Westfall1月 24, 2011This place is really nice and has amazing views, but charges for their Internet! Who does that anymore??- Check out the pool but try not to do it sober. Trust me on this.
Charges for internet are for every laptop in the room are you @#$&ing kidding! Hotel management is clueless to internet pricing!
Vidya Parthasarathy12月 29, 2012Overcrowded. No shuttles to anything. If you don't have a car you're screwed. Shopping around is decent and restaurants are good. Hotel restaurant is over priced. Overall not worth the price you pay.
