As a tourist you can't bypass skating at the rink, it's an icon! The time is restricted, there're many people queueing. Still I recommend taking the plunge. You're in NY and at the Rockefeller center!

Peter Foster12月 19, 2012If you have not skated at the Rink at the Rock then you haven't lived... BTW get there early to avoid the long queues. Saks has good winter shows displayed on the walls opposite too this year (2012)

JoAnn Reed12月 20, 2011There is one sign in all of ther plaza that tells you where to go, and it's nowhere near the actual entrance. No security around to give directions either. If you can afford just get express tickets.
