Amazing little place along the river, with a solid selection of brews. Also has beers to go! We love their tag-line: "No Crap on Tap".
This is one place you need to check out if you are in town. Amazing food, decor and of course great craft beer. Try the different burgers named after cities the founder lived in!
Great choice of beers in bottle, pump and on draught - and from what I saw a good burger choice too. Don't let the neighbourhood throw you - this is worth the visit.
So, it's totally touristy, ok, but it's still the heart of London. You can just sit here and think about how lucky you are to be in such an awesome city.

Splendid selection of good beer (and cider) on cask and keg. The basement is home to microbrewery Howling Hops.
The beer selection is now well noted. But we're also fans of the tiny beer yard - get the right seat, and the right beer, and you're sitting in a classic northern pub...in Kentish Town.
Good beer, massive seating area, good atmosphere. Currently the outlier on the Bermondsey brewery crawl but worth making it to.
Friendly staff, willing to explain everything about the process for brewing their beers. My favourite one was the bitttersweet.
Friendly if sarcastic staff, good beer though not in the same league as Kernel, Anspach, etc. bustling vibe but only one toilet and limited places to sit.
Bring some salami from the Ham and Cheese Co next door and some bread from the Little Bread Peddler to enjoy with your beer.
Good beers, the line is pretty long, but it's worth the wait. They also serve scotch eggs if you're feeling hungry. £3 deposit for a pint glass, so make sure you bring change! The Vienna is tasty!

Everyone usually hangs out after each service in Starbucks or all bar one just round the corner on new Oxford street. . If you fancy meeting some people after the service swing by!
This place will blow your mind and palette! It's Indian street and popular fare at its best! I was tripping on the Dal, keema pao, biryani! Great service, eclectic shots & cocktails. Must go!
Some people can claim that this is the best chippy in Soho; however, that is too smaller area: best chippy in the West End. Fish is fresh and prepared to order, staff and friendly, atmosphere is cool.
Best fish and chips I've ever had in my life. Better than I thought they could be. It's like someone created the combination today, ignoring the bad baggage and keeping the best bits. Travel for it.

This underground headquarters was Winston Churchill’s command post during World War Two (even though he used to insist on going on to the roof to watch the bombing raids!).
A great Sunday roast. A little bit more expensive than your average pub but really filling! A great selection of ales too!
Sprawling brass beast of a bar, with more types of beer than you could shake an inebriated fist at. Any first-time visitor must try the oyster stout (no bivalves were harmed in the making).

This is a great place to watch the Thames traffic move past, which is exactly what Charles Dickens and William Gladstone came here for. The current building dates from 1837.
This cosy riverside pub dates back to the 16th century, and boasts the smallest bar in England – 4 foot 2 inches by 7 foot 10 inches.
Not only do they serve some of best fish and chips in London, but the fishy decor downstairs is charmingly ridiculous.

Great fish and chips which don't taste like 1000s of calories. Crispy yet light batter, awesome Cajun potato wedge fries, and they don't scrimp on the sauces. One of the best fish and chips in London
Check out the roof terrace and lunch menu — a fair bit cheaper than dinner in the restaurant. The burger and triple cooked chips are incredible.

A friend suggested the place in the last London visit, small and cozy, and quality food. Staff are helpful on menu choice; They have lovely mushy peas.
Very personal. Small room downstairs has view to the street but the room upstairs is a world of it's own. No hurry, world can wait. Just good tea and great cakes and pastries. Reasonably priced.
Probably the best cupcakes I've ever had, and I've had a few. Ambassadors, Peanut Butter Slabs, Ferreros... don't bother with choosing and just go for all of them!
