I spin now => updating my tip! Bernard's class is super exhilarating. Jaclin: rave w cool personal video. Riley: dance party, bring a towel. Brian's class is a mellow ride sim. All great in diff ways!- Rowing is a great full-body workout: legs, core, back, arms. Work on form w Jake or Bryan; push yourself w Luke. Jeff leads challenging, rewarding strength training & yin yoga classes (I don't spin).
