It's no wonder Greg and Lucy Malouf, authors of several acclaimed modern Middle Eastern cuisine cookbooks , will be hosting an event here on 31 August for the festival. This place is incredible.
Sancerre by the glass, red duck curry, sticky black rice pudding. If sharing the whole snapper, ask for it to be served before the curry so you can eat the more subtle first without curry going cold
