Ebi tonkotsu if you like seafood. Shio ramen with ebi oil for a twist. Karai maze soba if you want something spicy with no back fat.

Got the Tantanmen and Miso. The broth was flavorful and rich but it was salty. I did find that the noodles were not up to par - in fact it was "instant" like. Unfortunately, not close to great at all.
