The Oval has the Fastest Ice on Earth. During the 2002 Olympic games all ten speed skating events held in the oval set Olympic records. Try out the ice for yourself by taking a class.
Go watch Real Salt Lake. Go early or take State St so you don't spend 40 minutes getting off the freeway. Plenty of free parking on the east side of the stadium.

Bobsled rides are a must do if visiting the area. You get free tour pass of Olympic Park with your ticket.
Wear some comfy walking shoes as this place has a lot indoors and outdoors to see.
