was the ramen good? Yes. Was it worth waiting for an hour? No. My humble opinion, Mist? in CWB is just as good and you don't have to wait forever.

Best place to have a nice breakfast, good coffee and bread. My personal favorites - butter roll, pecan roll and the brioche! Lychee mousse cake also a refreshing option for tea time.
Old-school dim sum favourite now unfortunately catering to throngs of tourists. Very good food, wonderful old interior but can be pricey. A Hong Kong institution!
The signature dishes include anything instant noodle related. Yes. Instant noodles. They do it right, and it is not easy to do it right. Their own version of the French Toast and milk tea are great.

Best coffee I've had in HK so far. Also good for single origin varietals & gear like pourover sets, aeropress & hario stuff.

Crab tiramisu and langoustine starters were outstanding. Definitely must try. Suckling pig was good but the black truffle rice was only decent. Mimolette, comte, and blue cheese were def winners.

If you want to get food, get up as soon as you see the trolleys of food come out of the kitchen. The good stuff gets taken before the trolley an make it 2 meters.
The shrimp wantons are delicious! Broth is sweet and the noodles is chewy though portion is really small.
The flower pot is a must! Delicious, creative salad using the freshest of ingredients!

Had the char siu noodle soup. Yum. Then again, I'm a sucker for the bbq pork anywhere. Great atmosphere, good prices, great shopping in the area too.
Don't leave without ordering a selection from the Raw Bar and trying the ceviches. Also, the pork chop with the spare ribs is very good. The portion is huge so keep that in mind!
New brand of HK ceramic company, Lynns Concepts. There are many nice collections of ceramic tableware designed by local and international designers with the concept "Good design at affordable price".
Bite size and light. The French makes them less creamy than the Japanese but sweeter.
