    I love this place. They are serious about yoga and respect the practice. Richard's candlelight class on Mondays is subliminal. They also have kundalini. Every now & then they host fire ceremonies

    This is the best yoga studio by far. The serenity that the place exudes overtakes your sense. The moment you step in the studio you feel restore. Highly recommended.

    For Prenatal, call ahead. I went there and they merged the class with a basic and didn't have the change online.

    I don't recommend the 'basic' class unless you're really new to yoga. You'll get a great stretch but won't break a sweat.
