- They don't offer surly anymore but they still have a good line up if craft beer and a view of the river plus free beer twitter specials and free parking and nice bar staff and late night happy hour.
Julie Prindle9月 14, 2013Apps are a little spendy, but good sized. Pracna skins and spinach dip are two favs. Seating is open--people always get confused.
The food is superb, the drinks are beyond, but let's be honest- Pracna has the best music around.
My favorite bar in Northeast. Small, dark, exceptional food and a fantastic rotating beer list.
Most interesting craft beer selection in this part of town, and the nightly happy hour pricing for it can't be beat!
It's a somewhat overpriced menu, but the city view, atmosphere and good beer selection offset this nicely. Few places in Minneapolis vibe like Pracna.

Leo Bogee8月 20, 2011The food is ok , but for a beer fan this is the place to be to people watch on a Friday or Saturday night with an import that you will probably not find in an average liquor store.

Even tho the snow is gone, their beer still warms the soul. Cheers!

Park in the ramp up at 2nd & 2nd and you can take the tunnel all the way inside. parking is validated there too!
That hunky bartender, I think his name is Adam gave me great "service".

Food is way too expensive, staff is slow and obnoxious, drinks are great.
Thursday's Twitter offer is the best - especially with Meagan or Adam behind bar.
