Only $10 a month and no contract and a decent gym. Best time to come is 8-4 on the weekdays and any time on the weekend.
The 30 minute circuit area is just for the 30 minute work outs. If you want something else find other machines please.
How is using your phone rude? It helps me forget I'm working out if I use it. So annoying. Awesome gym but that rule is dumb.

- Management is ridiculously over anxious to enforce the stupid "no cell phone" rule.
