The gym equipment is all excellent, I recommend the 30 minute circuit room for a quick, good workout. Also the massage chairs are awesome!
Don't let the location scare you; it's very clean, the patrons aren't crazy and the staff is courteous. People go in, exercise on a machine and leave. It's pretty comfortable and painless.
The equipment is easy to use and offers me the kind of workout I want with a personal program tailored to my goals.
Allison Awan10月 15, 2013There's no track so if you like running I'd suggest another gym. Otherwise there are treadmills. The gym is overall nice.
