- Love this location. Never super busy so I am never waiting to use the equipment.
- Be sure to flex and make grunting noises while lifting the 10 lb freeweights. Makes me feel better. /flex.
- Make sure you workout like you're in a library. No noises, that makes management sad.
- Stick with the arc trainers if you want to see your iPhone videos on a big screen
- Make sure and poop before using the treadmill. Running tends to shake things loose
