There's a Juice bar next door that I tried for the first time today. They offer a great Post-Workout drink w/protein, Almond milk, ice, bananas for $2.75. Really good. Give it a try.

I wish staff would keep a closer eye on the 30 min room. I hate it when people are hogging 1-2 machines, doing sets back & forth. So annoying! Go out on the floor if you want to do sets!- A massage after a strong workout is amazing! Changes the whole post workout feeling!!
Lucky me....it's packed, but still have my favorite machine avail!!!
Endure the crowded month of January and come February you'll have your choice of eliptical again.
Gym and tan! $20/mo unlimited tanning and gym. Or just $10 for gym. Really, serious!
I created this place and I don't get to be mayor, I'm ashamed of myself.
It's called circuit training for a reason. When the light changes, move your ass!!
Wipe down the machines when you're done! Damn! Nasty ass people sometimes.
